Excellent opportunity for an Accountant / Tax professional looking for a varied role within a business that operate at the heart of the UK insurance industry.

You will join a tight knit tax team and undertake a highly autonomous role encompassing a variety of different taxes. Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, you will benefit from a wealth of experience and develop all necessary skills around how to manage a group tax function.

This role would suit someone from a variety of backgrounds. You may be looking for your first in house move from practice, alternatively you could already be working in house. Insurance experience is not necessary for this role. The role would suit someone from either a corporate tax or mixed tax background.

The Role:

* Preparation of corporate tax computations and returns
* Supporting Group Tax Manager on Transfer Pricing, CFC and R&D Tax Credits
* Various advisory work
* Preparation of Employment Tax Returns
* Review of VAT and IPT Returns
