Partnership Tax Specialist - to £60k (dependent on experience)
Maven Partners are working with a Global Law Firm to identify a talented partnership taxes specialist with strong accounting skills to perform a broad role supporting the international partnership across 5 continents.
The Role
Responsibilities include:
Preparation of:
- Partnership profit share calculations, tax reserving, distribution and partner communication
- Partnership tax computation including double tax relief claim
- Corporation tax returns for the Partnership’s UK service company
- Partner drawings and distributions
Maintenance and reconciliation of direct tax nominal ledger accounts
Liaison with overseas advisors and Finance Controllers to ensure timely income & corporation tax compliance
Support Finance Team colleagues with withholding tax management and recovery
Support Finance Team colleagues with international projects and initiatives (new office openings etc.)
Skills and Experience Required
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with solid experience in a professional environment
Practical experience of income & corporation tax returns
Ability to interact with senior stakeholders in a professional and eloquent manner
Self-review, discipline and intellectual curiosity.
Strong experience in the use of Excel
High and focused energy levels
