US International Corporate Tax Senior Associate - Big 4 Firm (visa sponsorship available)

Our client is one of the leading Big 4 Firms in the heart of London. Their clients are amongst the most prestigious of banks, funds and asset managers. They work with an array of clients operating in the financial industry. This is a growing team of just under 40 highly intelligent and talented tax professionals who pride themselves on customer service and high quality tax advice to companies within the real estate, hedge fund and private equity space.

Our client is looking for a number of Tax Senior Associates for their US International Corporate Tax Team who has the ability to play a key role in the team and aims to provide excellence to their existing and potential new client base.

You will oversee hedge fund and private equity US tax compliance process for your clients with appropriate consideration of risk, operational, and tax technical issues; You will contribute to tax consulting projects as well as research and explain impact of current and proposed US tax legislation to asset management clients.

You will need to be a current CPA or hold a EA qualification. It would also be desirable that you have a Masters degree in accounting or taxation.You must have a background in financial services, ideally working with hedge fund, private equity clients or other industries in US tax capacity. You will need to have experience reviewing partnership allocations (including and understanding of revaluation accounts), experience in preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns and Schedules K-1. Knowledge of corporate and international tax returns and related US tax laws is a must.
