This renowned firm are looking to hire an individual into their Midlands business to take over an existing team and drive the business forward. The nature of this role would be quite varied including Dispute resolution, tax investigations, disclosure management and proactive tax risk management projects.
Other key responsibilities include: developing market strategy and related business development; group training; staff coaching and assistance with practice protection matters. With responsibility for a team and all areas of technical, people development and strategy. In terms of grade, there is flexibility to join as a Partner through to experienced Senior Manager who would have the ability to be promoted to Partner within 4 years of joining. That said, at the more junior level it is imperative that the right applicant has experience of leading client relationships and has already developed their own profile on important cases in the market.
