Tax Partner / Partner Designate

Our client is a leading national practice with an excellent reputation and a clear focus on growing its business by providing forward thinking advice and personal service. They are now seeking a highly motivated and confident self-starter to join them at partner level or as a partner designate (with the ability and drive to progress to full equity partnership within a short timeframe). You will have a market facing approach and a proven track record of playing a major role in wider business development activities. The firm has a strong client base that includes highly successful SME's (be they local, national or internationally based) leading professional practices and HINWIS. It also has expertise in a number of niche sectors. Consequently candidates will ideally have a broad tax skills set focused on entrepreneurial families and their businesses, but a leaning towards either corporate tax or private client tax will be welcomed. It is envisaged that this position will in due course become a leadership role as the succession planning strategy of the current tax partners runs its course.
