Your key responsibilities

Guiding multinational clients on corporate income tax, dividend withholding tax, conditional withholding tax, payroll tax, and tax treaties
Collaborating closely with colleagues across various practice areas such as Corporate Notarial, Employment, Finance, Projects & Restructuring, and Litigation
Mentoring, motivating, and challenging colleagues within the Direct Tax team to foster their development and enhance leadership skills
Identifying opportunities for delivering optimal advice and services
Taking a prominent role in coordinating with international colleagues and specialists
Contributing to expanding your client portfolio and advancing the growth of the practice group

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess a completed master's degree in tax law or fiscal economics, along with a completed NOB education. Ideal candidates will have 6 to 10 years of experience in the field of international tax advisory, with a preference for experience with the US. Additionally, we seek individuals with a strong sense of entrepreneurship and an international mindset, coupled with a persuasive and energetic personality. Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing, is required.
