European Tax Manager - Paris area - Multinational company

Our client, one of the leading companies in its industry, is looking to appoint a Tax Manager to join its HQ in the Paris area.

Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, you will be accountable for providing tax advice to the group on French and European tax matters, dealing with tax planning projects (M&A, restructuring, due diligence), mitigating any tax risks, providing support on tax audits, ensuring tax compliance & tax reporting activities, providing support on the implementation of Pillar 2 regulations, dealing with TP and working on process improvement projects.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious, proactive, hands-on, confident and highly entrepreneurial tax person with a general French tax background (minimum 7 years’ Tax experience); ideally with experience of working with multiple EU jurisdictions; who likes a dynamic business environment and who is technology minded with an appetite for developing new solutions. Knowledge of IFRS would be a plus. You will need to be fluent in French and English.
