Corporate International Tax - Senior Manager - London

As a Senior Manager, you will provide a comprehensive range of tax advisory services to the largest and most complex UK-based clients, spanning transactions, restructuring, financing, and business model optimisation. You will collaborate with the global network to deliver innovative and commercially viable solutions to clients' challenges.

The Opportunity: As a Senior Manager, you'll lead client engagements, develop relationships, and identify new opportunities. You'll thrive in an inclusive team culture, sharing knowledge, and expertise while continuing to build your own technical prowess. Desired Skills and Professional Experience:

* Highly skilled in UK corporate tax rules and international tax principles.
* Experience working with major UK-based international organisations or a strong ambition to do so.
* Ability to exercise judgment and apply commercial thinking in client recommendations.
* ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification or experience (fully qualified).
* Track record of successfully working in teams and driving opportunities forward.
* Exposure to or keen interest in working with international clients.

Responsibilities will Include:

* Managing and delivering complex cross-border tax advice.
* Advising UK-based FTSE groups on domestic and international tax matters.
* Supporting transfer pricing technical specialists, including business model optimisation.
* Corporate transaction support and interaction with HM Revenue and Customs.
* UK compliance, tax accounting, and audit support work (depending on candidate experience).
