Your key responsibilities

In your new role as the Transfer Pricing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing transfer pricing policies and strategies across diverse industries. Your duties include conducting risk assessments, offering transfer pricing advice to clients, and overseeing transfer pricing engagements while mentoring junior team members. Additionally, you will deliver technical training to both clients and staff, ensuring everyone stays current with evolving transfer pricing regulations and market dynamics. With a demonstrated history of building and retaining a client base, fostering business growth, and effectively managing project teams, you excel in motivating junior colleagues and cultivating a productive work environment.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, tax, or a relevant area. You must also have a minimum of nine years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax. Proficiency in transfer pricing methodologies, financial analysis, and benchmarking is essential, alongside strong project management and leadership abilities. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in German or French would be advantageous.
