Capital Tax Recruitment are seeking a skilled and dynamic Real Estate Tax Manager to join our client. This global prestigious accountancy firm is committed to leading and guiding clients through the complexities of taxation, our client offers a collaborative and innovative work environment.
The Real Estate Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clients' businesses. This specialist tax position allows flexibility between Real Estate tax and general tax consulting.
Responsibilities include providing expert advice on property ownership structuring, managing tax aspects of property transactions, leading due diligence assignments, and offering guidance within the Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") regime.
The role also involves managing a portfolio of clients, delegating tasks, and supporting the development of junior staff.
Qualifications and expertise:
* Adept at concentrating on real estate and housing matters, with the ability to adapt to diverse areas as required.
* Proficient in managing relevant taxes, including Corporation Tax, VAT, Stamp Duty Land Tax, and the Construction Industry Scheme.
* Possesses extensive commercial knowledge in the real estate and social business sectors.
* Demonstrates effective client management skills, with the potential to progress into a Senior Manager role.
* Exhibits strong analytical skills and a proven ability to collaboratively and creatively solve complex problems.
* Experienced in project management and adept at delegating tasks within a team context.
