We are seeking a Tax Audit Manager for one of the top Audit firms in the world. The Role:

Work collaboratively, engaging with global teams, including the Front Line Delivery Team (FLDT), offshore Service Delivery Centres, and other specialists. Enhance your tax technical knowledge through senior-level coaching and bespoke training, developing deep capabilities to evaluate judgments on tax risks and structures.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver complex tax audits, liaising with the FLDT and technical specialists.
* Manage the CoE engagement team, ensuring compliance with audit methodology.
* Provide on-the-job coaching, identifying key tax risk areas, and resolving challenging tax matters promptly.
* Demonstrate leadership skills in developing automation within the AoT network.

Key Qualifications and Expertise:

* Qualified accountant holding Chartered Accountant / ACA / ACCA / ICAS credentials (or international equivalent) or possessing equivalent work experience in Audit.
* Essential knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS.
* Demonstrated expertise in audit risk management, utilizing effective procedures and documentation.
* Adaptable and capable of working on multiple client teams simultaneously.
* Proven track record in developing and sustaining robust client and internal relationships.
* Possesses strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to collaboratively solve complex problems.
* Committed to self-development and fostering the growth of team members.
* While prior tax accounting knowledge is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
