Tax Manager or Senior Manager

Are you a seasoned CPA tax specialist who has worked for, or is currently at a public accounting firm? We are looking for someone who would love:

The challenge of preparing, reviewing complex income tax returns, problem solving, tax planning and research involved.
Proactive communication with clients to ensure that projects are completed effectively.
Conducting tax planning and research for clients to ensure they employ an effective tax strategy, are compliant with tax law, and meet their long‐term financial goals.
To develop the skill and desire to mentor, manage, recruit and train support staff.
Strategic engagement with firm leadership to plan and facilitate the continued growth of the firm.

Our clients' Tax Managers and Senior Managers actively manage and nurture the CPA‐Client relationship. They get to oversee their own processes as well as mentor, manage and support senior staff in a very rewarding and progressive way.

Our client needs to urgently fill this role therefore it is likely that the first outstanding candidate will get the role. However we do recruit into other prestigious and highly-sought after firms, not just in Houston, Texas but all over the United States and internationally!
