The Manager within the Real Estate Tax (RET) team will be a part of a high-performing team with significant tenure within the firm and sector. The role offers opportunities to work with high-profile clients on challenging projects. The Real Estate Tax Manager will work with the biggest names in the market on some of the most interesting projects around - multi-jurisdictional transactions across real estate and infrastructure, with current transactions in the £60m, £250m, and £500m ranges and recent deals over £1bn.
The team has a growing number of large clients, meaning there are significant opportunities for rapid promotion at all levels. The Manager will be a self-starter and have the opportunity to cut their own path within the role. They will be supported by a team of capable and engaged tax colleagues.
To join as Real Estate Manager in RET, the minimum criteria are ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent qualification and UK Tax experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UK Corporate Tax market and skills in participating in business development initiatives and proposal activity, and advising clients on ongoing tax requirements.
