Senior Tax Director - FinTech, Lake Mary, Florida

This is an exclusive role at a leading multinational FinTech business which is currently looking to strengthen their global tax team and hire a Senior Tax Director in Lake Mary. You will play a big part in building a best in class tax team and implementing the new tax strategy with the Global VP of tax, and have an impact on day one as how the group manages income tax compliance and tax accounting.

You will play a key part in establishing income tax processes and controls and should be a natural problem solver, challenging the way things are done. You will lead on all US tax and International tax provisioning, tax returns and take ownership of optimizing tax affairs and deal with inquiries from the ax authorities.

You must:
- Be CPA qualified
- Have strong experience with leading tax reporting consolidation for a global complex organisations
- Ability to drive complex transformations
- Have hands on management experience
- Have in-depth knowledge of ASC740 technical tax accounting
