Our client's tax transaction team is one of its key success stories and the team now comprises over 120 M&A tax professionals spread throughout the UK. With these roles, you can work from anywhere in the UK and our client offers flexible and remote working.
The current key recruitment level is SM so to apply you must currently be operating at SM level in the profession or the equivalent level in house. You must have significant UK M&A experience as you will play a key role in delivering tax advice on high level UK and cross border transactions.
The successful candidate will work with clients across a number of sectors, advising on complex and high profile deals. The team you will work with has been recognised internally for its collaborative and supportive culture which has continued throughout remote working.
The ideal candidate will be ACA / CTA qualified with client facing M&A tax advisory experience at the Senior Manager level. You must be able to evidence leading complex M&A projects for clients and have a track record of generating business through converting leads. Candidates who are currently working in house will also be considered. Experience of working closely and coaching more junior staff is also important.
This is one of the most flexible teams in M&A in professional services and they are keen to speak to people that thrive on transactions tax but maybe have other commitments to consider.
