Tax Technology Leader - In House

Our client is seeking an experienced Taxologist for a 12 month FTC role. This is a new position and it's main functions area as follows:

1. Assess the efficacy of the recent Tax engine/software implementation.
2. Design, agree and run all projects related to tax technology or the Tax department.
3. Ensure BAU processes are mapped, audited and updated for all relevant individuals, both in the UK and in the overseas offices.
4. Train and Monitor staff outside of tax who are responsible for tax-sensitive data entry or analysis.

Experience of Project/Program Management is required, either in Finance ERP or Tax ERP situations. Ideally you should have Indirect Tax exposure, and experience of either Vertex or ONESOURCE, but other systems will be considered.
