The Brand

The firm has been established for over 40 years and works with SME's, entrepreneurs and HNW private clients from an array of sectors offering both Audit , Assurance, Financial Advisory and Tax services. They work with a broad client base which includes (but not limited to) Hospitality, Real Estate, Cash & Carry's, Nursing homes, Franchise food sector, High Net worth Individuals and general mid-market clients.

Currently they have 5 Partners in the UK split between two offices and there is a team of 40 employees and one Partner has a focus on Corporate Tax based in their out of London office. All clients are serviced by the Tax team from both offices and there is currently no Tax partner in Central London. Currently they work with a number of third party consultants which they would like to bring in-house.

Partner hire:

The chosen candidate will cover both Corporate (from a OMB perspective) and Private Client Tax , Domicile and Non Domicile Tax planning. You would help develop business through both external networking and through identifying opportunities in the firms current portfolio which has a predicted worth of £1 -£1.2 million Tax fees.

They are therefore looking to someone like yourself with a track record of success, who is client focused and who can build report which will be backed up by a strong tax technical skill-set. You will be working with SME's, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals (taking into account the firms largest client's net worth is just short of a one billion pounds).
