An opportunity has arisen for a individual to join a leading Private Client Tax team in London. The Senior Manager will have a compliance focus and work with a highly engaging portfolio through supporting the team which covers the following areas:
* Advising non-domiciled individuals on offshore structures, pre-arrival planning, account structuring and the remittance basis.
* Advising on international matters such as the Statutory Residence Test and double taxation agreements.
* UK tax compliance including complex tax returns for UK and non-UK clients, and HM Revenue & Customs enquiries.
* Tax planning and advice for high net worth individuals and trusts, including UK residential property matters, income tax, charitable giving, capital gains tax and inheritance tax.
The role will offer a route into advisory if that is a route you would like to take or, the chance to continue to focus on your tax technical skill-set.
