International Tax Analyst - Market leading Tech group

We are delighted to partner with a market leading Tech business. This varied and challenging role is best suited to an individual that is excited to work in an international, fast moving and challenging environment. You will be a qualified tax professional with experience in UK and international corporate tax compliance to join a London based team. Reporting to the Director, International Tax in London your role will be focused on supporting the broader international tax team in the following areas:

* Management of the outsourced corporate tax compliance activities for non US entities including liaison with external advisors and supporting the finance teams when required
* Preparation of quarterly group tax reporting under IFRS and US GAAP including tax journal creation and posting
* Preparation of annual group tax rate forecasts
* Management of R&D tax relief claims including working with studio teams and external advisors
* Working with advisors and relevant business teams to ensure annual UK SAO certifications are completed
* Forecasting and management of corporate tax payments
* Preparation of tax disclosures in statutory accounts including tax journal creation and posting
* Assisting with corporate tax audits including project management of information and other responses
* Tracking and internal reporting of budgets for external advisors

Candidate profile:

* Demonstrable experience in a similar role (either in consultancy or in house tax department)
* ACA Qualified or equivalent
* Corporate tax compliance and reporting
* Ability to manage external advisors
* Creating strong internal relationships
