Tax Director, Greenfield Role in Tech Group, London, to £130k + bonus

Working for a cutting edge, growing technology group, this is a newly created role for a Tax Director to join the London based headquarters and take ownership of the tax function.

This is a fast paced Group where you will forge relationships within the business and corporate functions and need to manage various external stakeholders including advisors and revenue authorities.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

* Managing the outsourced providers to ensure all compliance obligations are met across all taxes
* Working closely with the M&A team to provide commercial advice on acquisitions and disposals
* Identifying and managing the Tax Risk and Reputational Tax Risk position and putting frameworks in place accordingly.
