A well known Tax Consultancy is looking to further invest in its tax practice and therefore is looking to make some key hire in 2021 through interviewing talented individual over the coming months to Christmas. One of theses key hires is a talented Real Estate Tax Lead.
* You will take a Lead role on advising inbound and outbound clients throughout the real estate investment life-cycle including transactions (buy-side, sell-side and re-financing's), tax advisory & tax policy.
* Specific client focus to real estate investors (UK & Europe), developers, including real estate focused portfolio investments held by sovereign wealth funds, private equity and ultra-high net worth individuals.
* Have strong experience in both UK and European real estate transactions and tax structuring.
* Strong experience in tax due diligence, tax input into legal documentation and tax technical research.
This will be a very exciting time to join this firm, who is putting Real Estate Tax at the forefront of its tax expansion strategy and you along with the key tax leadership will be further building a team over the next 2-3 years. This role has a literal equity path with excellent earning, bonuses and scope for a person looking for an more autonomous remit.
