Head of Tax and Treasury, South East England, to £100k

A privately owned engineering company are recruiting a Head of Tax and Treasury to join their growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of tax and treasury matters.

Responsibilities include:

* Maintain and develop Tax and Treasury policies
* Taxation strategy and structuring for both Direct and indirect taxes
* All tax filings for the Group Internationally
* Ownership of Group R&D tax returns
* Oversight and management of the Group's tax advisors
* Lead Global tax operational issues: Identify the tax implications of direct and indirect taxes
* Develop and improve processes
* Ensure compliance with cross-border transfer pricing requirements
* In conjunction with the CFO negotiate any credit lines
* Foreign Exchange strategy and management
* Management of short term and long term cashflow

Looking for:

* Qualified Accountant and/or qualified treasurer
* University Degree Education
* 10+ years' PQE ideally in tax/treasury
* International experience
* Experience of working in a fast paced and growing business
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills
