A leading firm is sourcing for a astute tax professionals keen to leverage the Private Equity market post Covid. This firm is so confident in its client base, team and overarching strategy for the group, they are keen to virtually interview individual during lockdown.
This role is ideal for a person with high a calibre training, strong UK Tax and with an interest in the overarching Private Equity market.
In this role you will be:
* Advising Private Equity funds and portfolio companies on a variety of tax issues. Primary focus on direct / international taxes, but you will gain a strong understanding of management / employment taxes, transfer pricing and managing tax risk.
* Leading global tax advisory engagements for Private Equity backed businesses throughout the ownership cycle to exit, as well as advising FTSE (100 and 250) and AIM listed clients.
* Through this role you will gain experience of dealing with financial investors (Private Equity funds, Pension funds etc.) and corporate groups on a range of UK and international M&A transactions, with experience of diligence, corporate structuring and management taxes.
* You will gain access to arrange of deal types namely Initial Public Offerings, leveraged buy-outs, bolt-on acquisitions, corporate simplification, refinancing, debt restructuring and tax efficient integration of businesses post transaction.
