Our Client is a 'Big 4' accounting firm which is seeking to add Corporate Tax specialists to its Corporate Tax Audit and Advisory teams in London, Reading and Birmingham.
One item which went unmentioned in the Chancellor's Budget speech on March 11th which is significant to Large Businesses is the need to disclose to HMRC any Tax decisions or treatments which a company feels may be challenged.
As part of this specialist team, you will actively 'interrogate' the assumptions made by multinationals when arriving at the tax figures in their financial statements.
If you are someone who enjoys solving problems, technical tax issues and advising clients on how to avoid time-consuming disputes with the authorities, this team is worth considering.
In addition to this specialist work, you will also have the capacity and opportunity to work on some more 'mainstream' advisory or M&A Tax work, as you prefer.
Please get in touch for more information about this role.
Many Thanks
