Head of Tax, Real Estate Group (reporting to CFO), London

Brewer Morris have been exclusively retained to recruit for a Head of Tax role working for an impressive Real Estate Group headquartered in London. You will have responsibility over managing the Group's tax affairs which would include providing advice on transactions, managing the Group structure and ensuring compliance and reporting obligations are made, including maintaining REIT status. Reporting to the CFO you will be managing multiple senior stakeholders including the Shareholders, HMRC, external advisors and keeping the Board informed.

This is a key, senior level appointment in the Group with a strong and respected tax team supporting it, experience of working in the Real Estate sector is a pre requisite. The Client would consider experienced Directors or Partners coming from such a team within the Profession, and also those considering a moving from another RE Group. Aside from technical expertise, you must be able to demonstrate gravitas and the ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally.
