Your new company
I'm working with a specialist Accountancy firm based on the outskirts of Cardiff. They offer a supportive and flexible environment and the chance to gain some great exposure to a very interesting sector. After continued growth and expansion, they are looking for a Personal Tax Senior to join the team.
Your new role
You will manage a portfolio of private clients and partnerships using your experience to complete the necessary compliance work and oversee the work of Juniors who will support you. Depending on your experience, there is also advisory work that can be brought in to your workload.
Due to the sector focus, there is also the opportunity to represent the firm in conferences, exhibitions etc although this is not a compulsory element of the role.
What you'll need to succeed
You could be ACCA/ACA/ATT qualified or qualified by experience. The key is that you are comfortable completing Personal Tax returns, the level of experience you have will reflect the amount of responsibility you are given and the salary due to that.

The salary and benefits package is very competitive for the level you are able to bring. Due to their links with other Practices, there is a lot of opportunity to develop a larger, more varied portfolio and progress through Manager level and up to Director long term.
