A leading national firm seeking a Personal Tax Senior/Adviser for their Bar department in Manchester | £28,000

One of the UK's fastest growing accountancy firms and part of a wider group, with 32 offices across the UK. This firm offers a national coverage on a variety of professional accounting and business and personal advisory services. Due to organic growth within the department, this firm are looking to recruit a personal tax senior/adviser into their Bar department- a dedicated service line solely looking after legal clients.

Your new role
As a personal tax senior/adviser you will manage your own portfolio of circa 150 barristers. You will provide both a compliance and tax planning service and assist your clients in managing their personal wealth. You may also advise on will planning, investments and family business advisory. Your role will be client facing and you will maintain regular contact with clients to handle any enquiries they may have throughout the year.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this position, you will have experience of managing a personal tax portfolio of clients and offering both compliance and tax planning services. You will be ATT qualified or qualified by experience with excellent client facing skills.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of between £26,000-£28,000 (dependent on experience) in addition to 20 days annual leave, plus 3 days Christmas shut down and bank holidays. You will gain experience with a very interesting portfolio of clients with a large leading firm undergoing considerable expansion. This department will allow you to make the role your own and progress considerably within this function, and across the wider firm.
