Expatriate Tax Compliance Manager / Assistant Manager for Top 4 Firm in Birmingham

One of the world's leading Accountancy Firms is looking for an Expatriate Tax Compliance Manager for their Birmingham office. This Firm supports some of the most successful organisations in the world, along with dynamic entrepreneurs and thriving private businesses to ensure they deliver results.

Your new role
As an Expatriate Tax Compliance Manager within this Firm, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients who will predominantly be multinational companies. You will help your clients to design and implement international assignments in accordance with relevant policies and tax legislation and will manage risk and costs. You will be working with a well-regarded team who possess extensive consulting and industry experience, to solve clients' complex business issues. Focussing on compliance issues related to immigration, employment tax, government regulations, traveller expenses and mobility policies, your role will include:

* Proactively managing a portfolio of clients
* Business development to identify and research opportunities on new and existing clients
* Developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges
* Managing and delivering on large projects
* Training, coaching and supervising staff
* Developing successful internal relationships

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this position will possess significant experience within Global Mobility/ expat tax. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to develop both external and internal relationships. You will have good technical capability and will be keen to support the development of others.
