Equity Reward Senior Manager, Manchester or Leeds

Owing to an ongoing period of growth and success, we're currently looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager for the Reward team of a Big 4 firm in their Manchester or Leeds offices, working on a mixed portfolio of clients covering large multinationals to smaller unlisted and AIM-listed corporates. The firm owes many of its recent client wins to its willingness to invest in and embrace new technology, and those looking to work in a more tech-forward and innovative Tax environment will not be disappointed here.

As a Senior Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team as well as running complex advisory projects for the firm and its clients. We're particularly looking for someone with experience advising on the tax and legal aspects of incentive arrangements, ideally with an interest in getting involved in business development activities including leading on client proposals and writing technical articles and alerts.

Compared to other Reward practices, this team is set apart from the competition in that it offers a much broader spectrum of work across reward and share plans, covering both listed and unlisted companies, UK-based and international. In particular, tax specialists will be able to get involved in reward consulting work as well, covering executive compensation and regulatory advisory work.

All we need from you is:
● An ATT / CTA / ACA qualification, qualified solicitor, or qualified by experience i.e. with HMRC
● Proven experience working in equity incentives and share schemes
● Experience gained in either a professional services firm, or in industry but with the ability to deliver in a professional services environment
● To be working at the Senior Manager level already, or a Manager ready to progress
