Your new company
A 4 director tax consultancy with a head office in Lymm and newly established office in Manchester. Due to substantial growth and winning of new work, this firm are looking looking to recruit multiple experienced tax consultants into both of their offices.

Your new role
As a corporate tax senior manager, you will be responsible for offering tax advice to a varied portfolio of clients including OMB's, SME's, large multi million pound organisations and offshore businesses. You will offer advice on matters relating to transactional tax, reorganisations and reconstructions, investment schemes, reward and incentive planning, capital allowances and R&D. You will establish and maintain close client relationships and be able to spot additional planning opportunities. You may also be responsible for the direct management and support of more junior members of staff.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in working with a diverse range of corporate tax clients and offering advice on matters as listed above. The ideal candidate will come from a large reputable practice with a diverse portfolio of clients. You will also ideally be CTA qualified or equivalent and possess people management experience.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £40,000-£55,000 dependent on experience in addition to 20 days annual leave an 8 days bank holiday. As this is a dedicated tax specialist firm, you will benefit from working with high quality and complex clients, and therefore a solid path for progression and promotion. This firm also offer discretionary bonuses based around fee's, flexible working and engage heavily in CSR.
