Employment Tax Assistant Manager – Pure Advisory

For those who enjoy dealing with clients who have complex and technically challenging issues, this role will be right up your street.

This is a pure consultancy role; no compliance.

You will have your own portfolio to manage, communicating with your clients and keeping them up to speed on work in progress, spotting opportunities for additional ways to support them and managing the billing. You will also have a hands on role supporting the Partners in managing the team, including assisting with appraisals and recruitment as needed, as well as training and coaching more junior members of staff.

This is a role with lots of responsibility and lots of opportunity to develop your career, both technically and as a leader of people.

You will need excellent communication skills as these will be put to constant use in a myriad of ways, to include building strong client relationships, delivering training and lecturing on internal courses on occasion and keeping in regular contact with all the key stakeholders on your portfolio. You will be involved with proposals for new clients and be encouraged to seek opportunities to develop new work whenever possible.
