A rapidly growing housing association based in Leeds are recruiting for an Interim Treasury Manager
Your new role
As the Interim Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the short, medium and long-term cash/funding requirements for the organisation, creating and managing the strategy, investments and risks associated with this. You will also take lead with securing new funding, developing relationships with lenders and investors and preparing bi-monthly treasury management reports and year-end schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
As this is an interim role, your ability to 'hit the ground running' is key to success. In addition to this, you will have previous experience in similar positions where you have managed cashflow strategies, built new relationship with investors and lenders and created the necessary monthly and yearly reports. Relevant professional qualifications are essential (ACT) and you will ideally have experience managing a small team and within the regulated social housing sector.
