Senior Tax Manager- Investment Manager

Brewer Morris is currently working with a leading investment management organisation to recruit a Senior Tax Manager. Reporting into the Tax Director, this is an advisory role that will see the successful person take responsibility for all tax matters related to the running of their portfolio and broader investment activities.

The role is extremely broad in its nature and needs the successful candidate to have knowledge of corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax and VAT. You will work closely with the investment managers in the business on all aspects of taxation work on their portfolio, with a focus on the infrastructure sector.

The right person for the role will have a CTA/ACA qualification and a diverse taxation background. Any exposure to investment/asset management organisations will be a key advantage, whether as a direct employee or in professional services. This is a highly interactive position with internal and external stakeholders so a confident communicator is key, as well as someone who has the ability to develop and mentor a team.
