This role is an integral position within a highly successful national accountancy firm, seeking to build on their already impressive foothold in the market. As a Senior Tax Manager you will possess excellent tax technical skills and be adept at marketing the firm's offering to both existing and potential new clients. You will be experienced in the project management and delivery of high level complex share plans solutions and be able to win and sustain client confidence with ease, building long lasting relationships.
As a senior member of the management team you will act as a role model to more junior members of staff, coaching them and providing them with learning opportunities as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in the design, implementation and taxation of global and domestic share plans and possess the gravitas to influence clients and stakeholders at all levels. It is anticipated that you will either be CTA qualified or a qualified solicitor.
