Employment Tax Senior Manager, London, to £82k + bonus

Our client, a nationally well respected accountancy firm, is looking for an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join their ranks. Their employment tax offering is expanding due to strong growth within the tax division as a whole and an experienced employment tax specialist to head up the team is sought. This is a new role and as such, there is lots of scope to shape the role and add real value.

The client work is interesting and challenging and incorporates both compliance and advisory work across a range of industry sectors, from small OMBs to large multinational groups. The successful individual will be experienced in most areas of employment tax as this will be the main focus of the role. However, should you have the ability and / or desire to expand your skillset to include share schemes work, that would also be of interest, although not essential. The Tax Partners are technically excellent and you will enjoy their full support and expertise in developing this service line.

The ideal candidate will be commercially astute with excellent communication skills. The role will suit someone who prides themselves on the quality of their delivery and ability to build strong relationships with their clients.

There is a strong existing pipeline of work within the firm already but there will be scope to expand this externally in the future as the team grows.
