Corporate Tax Manager (pure advisory) - In House EMEA team - London

Our client is a leading Asset Management firm looking to hire a new member at their in house team in London.

This is a new created position in their Tax policy team. ax policy team is responsible for all aspects of corporate tax policy and structural matters relevant to EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), broadly comprising of strategic projects including both M&A and business operational, advisory support to the International tax team and internal business operations, tax audit defense and controversy management, along with the ownership of relationships with tax authorities across EMEA.

The successful candidate will be involved in all facets of the EMEA Corporate Tax policy function. They will have the day to day responsibility for certain matters and assist with implementation work arising from key strategic and restructuring projects across our client EMEA operations, one example of which includes BREXIT, as well as recent M&A activity. The successful candidate will also have significant involvement with other discrete corporate tax EMEA projects and be able to take responsibility for key ongoing projects. The role is expected to be split 60/40 between project-based work and restructuring and other discrete EMEA-related compliance projects as the need arises.

You must be UK Qualified and from a Big 4 or top 20 firm.
