National tech business seeking Treasury Manager to join their growing team in Salford Quays | £56k

Your new company
This large national business are a household name, and having recently relocating their finance function into their stunning offices in Salford Quays, they are seeking a Treasury Manager to join their growing team. This is a role to replace the existing Treasury Manager who has had the opportunity to move internally within the business.

Your new role
As Treasury Manager, you will lead a team of 5, being able to develop the team, share your knowledge and enable them to be the best they can be. This treasury is UK centric, with an element of hedge accounting, managing 25 bank accounts across 3 currencies (GBP, Euro and Dollar) and managing derivatives such as forex and interest rate swaps. You will also be responsible for assisting with the bi-annual audit process and be able to effectively communicate and deliver information.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be either ACCA / ACA / CIMA / ACT qualified and have previous management experience and be able to demonstrate leadership skills. You will have an understanding of hedge accounting and forex as well as cash management as well as IFRS 9.
