Description

Joining the Exeter office, as a Qualified Tax Senior / Adviser, you will manage the delivery of a quality tax compliance service, along with involvement in advisory project work for wide ranging clients across groups, owner managed businesses and other varied corporate tax clients. Alongside this there may be the potential for a mixed element of personal tax involvement as well, working with the firms private clients. You will work with a highly regarded corporate tax focused partner, managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent client service and the consistent meeting of deadlines. You will look to build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide an exceptional level of client service. You will manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/commercial approach and progress in your career, within this leading firm. Non exhaustive examples of advisory work may include working on mergers and acquisitions projects, R&D, EIS and working with the private client team, assisting on IHT and other personal tax related projects. The role provides a superb platform for the right professional looking to further their tax career.

Profile

You will hold a qualification across any of ACA/ ATT and/or CTA qualified.
You will have a background in Corporate Tax or mixed tax, across both corporate and personal tax gained within an accountancy practice environment, or specialist tax firm and you be looking to further your career in tax, following qualification, within a firm offering progression and development. You will be able to demonstrate a client serviced approach, with commercial awareness and the ability to add value to clients, building relationships and be looking to progress in your tax career.

Job Offer

£28,000 - circa £35,000 + dependent on experience and background, negotiable, plus benefits
