One of the UK's Top Employers and holder of the Investors in People Gold Award are seeking a Treasury Accountant to join their large Treasury Team in Media City. This Manufacturing business has a dynamic culture, employing over 45000 people globally. For the past 5 years, they have been certified as a Global Top Employer, and do this by focusing on continuous improvement.
Your new role
This is a challenging role where your purpose is to initiate change and continuous improvement and to drive productivity. You will be the main point of contact for technical matters within the team and be able to provide expert advice with regards to SAP and other operating systems. You will be involved in several projects to drive improvement and will co-ordinate these enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a degree in a financial area and have proven experience in working in Treasury functions. You will hold a relevant qualification such as ACT/ACCA/CIMA and have worked within a global organisation. You will have had exposure to Hedge Accounting and Capital Markets as well as Cash & Liquidity management. Exposure to SOX/JSOX controls and compliance is desirable.
