You'll be getting involved with the following:
- Benefits and expenses
- IR35
- Company car tax
- PAYE and RTI
- Technical approach to payroll but there is a dedicated payroll team
- National Insurance Contribution (NIC)
- Health check reviews
- Termination payments
- Employment status
- PAYE Due Diligence work
- Tax risk reviews
- International Social Security
- P11D
- PAYE Settlement Agreement
- Salary Sacrifice Arrangement
- Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
With a 'dress to your diary' ethos, this is a very relaxed environment where you're encouraged to have a life away from your desk. A very competitive salary is on offer, in addition to some excellent benefits.
You'll have ownership of two of their many sectors. However, as the firm is extremely well established, you'll find cross-selling very easy. Having said this, you will also start going out and winning your own business.
Ideally, you will be ATT/ACA/ICAS qualified.
