Our client focuses on advising clients on UK PAYE, NIC and ISS related issues, ensuring they are compliant with legislation and working with policies that deliver the best benefits for both the employee and employer.
As a Manager your role will be varied, offering you the opportunity to work with a diverse client base on numerous technical issues through both compliance and advisory projects. One day you might be advising a client on core PAYE and NIC issues linked to compliance needs and the next, it may be related to a one off project, for example, STBVs, due diligence, company cars, CIS, employment status or disclosures.
You will be expected to manage the successful delivery of work, build and maintain relationships as well as assist with winning new work. To succeed, you will ideally have a solid background in employment tax and hold a professional qualification. Individuals with expatriate tax experience who have had some exposure to employment tax and have a strong desire to specialise in this area will also be considered.
