Senior Manager - International Tax

My client is a forward thinking and fast growing firm with an international presence. Part of their continued growth strategy includes the hire of a senior manager to work within their International Tax team. This opportunity will offer the successful individual the chance to work with a client base that would rival much larger firms and predominantly on advisory projects. With a direct reporting line to a partner your clients will include a mix of UK privately owned/mid cap business through to US and EMEA inbound companies. You will gain broad experience, examples of which are listed below:-

* Compliance and reporting experience with corporate organisations
* Corporate Reorganisations, demergers and reconstructions
* M&A work including tax efficient structuring and due diligence

A large proportion of the role will be spent managing relationships with clients or with staff internally so strong communication and leaderships skills are essential as is experience of successfully mentoring/training junior staff.

You will be ACA/CTA trained with a background in corporate/international tax either in a top 4 or mid-tier firm.
