A key client of mine is looking to appoint a Senior Tax Manager, to join their leading law firm based in central London. This unique opportunity will focus on key projects in the business from a Tax perspective, reporting to the finance directors and partners of the firm.
Your role will sit alongside the in house legal team, whilst working with external tax advisors and supported by colleagues around the world.
You will have leadership of:
* Developing and implementing the firms tax strategy
* Restructuring projects (across Europe) - including identification and consideration of options, modelling work to assess impact and implementation of proposals.
* Tax response in relation to changes arising as a consequence of Brexit
* Supporting CFOs globally through the BEPs and CBCR changes
* Implementation of technology - Selection and implementation of global tax compliance management software.
* Review and consideration of appropriate structures to support new business lines - e.g. recent launch of Regulatory Consulting business.

This individual could come from a professional services background or another law firm. The best person for this role will have experience leading projects from conception to completion, knowledge of international tax and accountancy issues and be a strong communicator across the business at the highest level.
