Interim Head of Funds Tax, London, to £850 per day

Do you have a breadth of Funds Tax experience which also includes wider corporate tax responsibilities? Are you looking for a 6mth engagement within a progressive investment manager who puts their people first? Do you want a role where you will truly be a business partner and have a genuine platform to add value?

This Global Investment Manager is looking for a 6mth interim Head of Funds Tax to lead the delivery and development of their funds tax advisor and compliance team including strategies and plans.

As the Interim Head of Funds tax you will own the relationship across the asset management business for all tax matters. To include:

* UK corporate tax
* International tax
* Fund tax
* Product development/ launch and restructuring
* Risk Management
* Investor Tax reporting
* Capital gains tax, withholding tax and financial transaction taxes

The business focuses on mainstream funds such as SICAV, OEIC, ICAV, transparent funds, UK/ Irish/ LUX UCITS. Experience of such funds would be highly advantageous to you in this role due to the business partnering perspective and leadership aspect on product matters.

At present there is not a temp to perm option, however this could change before the end of the assignment. There will be no guarantee of this prior to starting the role.

What next?

We need to move quickly so you must be able to start by the end of June at the very latest. It is also important that you have financial services experience. Preference for funds/ asset management tax experience will be given however not essential.
