Description

This is an interesting and varied role which provides real scope for personal and career development. You will work closely with the Corporate Tax Partner based , and with the rest of the team across the region.

You will draw on your strong technical expertise to provide excellent front-line client service, alongside supervising the work of more junior staff and assisting with their development. You will also be actively involved in business development activities.

Profile

The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification such as ACA/ACCA and/or CTA (or be qualified by experience).

* Experience of all aspects of Corporate and Business Tax within a professional services environment is essential, to include: − Supervising the production of Corporation tax returns and advice
* Remuneration planning
* Tax issues surrounding business acquisitions and sales to allow you to assist the Corporate Finance team, including Entrepreneurs' Relief
* Corporate group restructuring
