Your new company
Strong and growing Accountancy Practice that has recently been brought in to a larger group. With a clear vision for future progression of the business, they are really making a name for themselves across South and Mid Wales. In order to make sure all offices are getting the management support they deserve, they are recruiting for a Practice Manager - Accountant for Builth and Llandrindod offices.

Your new role
You will mix management of a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors with the operational management of a team of staff on site. You will be expected to complete some technical work yourself, review the work of more junior staff and mentor their progression, and been an advisory support to your clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You would be either ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE with experience of full end to end accounts production, tax compliance and use of accounting software. Ideally you would have people management experience or be able to show the capability to develop this side of your role.
