Head of Tax, High Growth Organisation, London

You will use your leadership skills to lead to and develop a team underneath you.

You have overarching responsibility for all taxes in the organisation, you will take a specific lead on international developments for the business. Your responsibilities will include:

* Provide advice on tax implications of operating across multiple borders (e.g. withholding taxes, foreign taxes, local taxes on foreign income and regional tax issues such as EU tax harmonisation).
* Monitor international tax developments, and consider how these changes could impact the group.
* Establish and monitor a group transfer pricing policy, bearing in mind any country specific requirements from a pricing policy and documentation perspective.
* Oversee group tax compliance and information reporting requirements.
* Calculate international tax profits, earnings and credits for controlled foreign businesses
* Manage all tax issues across the markets in which the group operates
* Liaise and build relationships with key internal stakeholders, acting as a partner in all respect of tax
* Identify and implement tax planning projects that support the group's growth strategy
* Liaise with internal audit and third party advisors
