International Tax Manager, FTSE 150, London

We are presenting an exciting opportunity for an International Tax Manager to join the stellar tax team for a FTSE 150 based in central London.

The role will be responsible for managing all tax affairs across the EMEA region, including planning and partnering with the business units.

Key Responsiblities:

* Business Unit partnering and agility to respond to a breadth of queries
* Assist in establishing operations in new geographies or restructurings as required
* Provide UK-outbound tax planning support for international operations
* Lead restructuring and other planning initiatives including coordination of the internal and external teams
* Advising, with input from advisors as relevant, on all aspects of tax in relation to the relevant jurisdictions, including indirect, direct and employment taxes
* Compliance and reporting oversight to the extent that it relates to the relevant jurisdictions, in particular the US and India
* Assist with year-end statutory accounts preparation and audit defence
* Support the preparation of the annual transfer pricing documentation

Key Requirements:

* Relevant degree and strong academic record
* Professional certification (ideally CTA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
* Consummate commercial experience gained in Big 4/Tier A accountancy firm or Blue Chip in-house tax department
* Strong tax technical and tax accounting skills across all areas of corporation tax, in particular the US
* Experience of international tax and transfer pricing
* Good computer skills including Excel
* Ability to create positive relationships across multiple jurisdictions and cultures
* A great team player and a desire to build a culture of performance excellence
