Role

Within Global Mobility Services we have a dedicated Personal Tax Compliance team. We are seeking to hire a Tax Technician who will join our Dublin 2 office.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

Third Level Qualification desirable
Accounting and or Tax Qualification desirable but not essential
1-3 years’ experience in a busy tax or accounting or office environment or similar.
Demonstrable numerical skills/analytical skills.
Must have excellent MS office skills, particularly excel

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

Delivering and coordinating personal tax compliance services for Irish and multinational clients
Preparing personal tax returns for private clients and expatriates
Assisting with client tax queries
Liaising with Revenue in relation to tax return queries
Tracking and updating tax refund schedules
Developing a good knowledge of income tax to ensure the completion of high quality tax returns
Liaising closely with private clients and expatriates, the advisory tax team and KPMG global offices
Building and improving processes for the delivery of the personal tax compliance services
Assisting with the organisation and preparation of training materials for in-house tax training courses
General tax administration tasks
