Luxembourg based group is seeking a Group Reporting Manager, to undertake an integral role in the business, consolidating a diverse international business with over 30 entities. Reporting into the Group Head of Finance and the owners, you will be tasked with coordinating results from international subsidiaries and ensuring accuracy in the numbers being delivered.
Role
* Preparation of consolidated financial statements at multiple levels and for different purposes:
* Statutory reporting at sub-holding level
* Statutory reporting at the level of the regulated Luxembourg fund
* Stakeholder special purpose consolidation
* Internal management reporting
* Management of the group annual audit process
* Perform ad-hoc management related requests and analysis
* Management and oversight of intercompany transactions, balances and reconciliations
* Ensuring financial and regulatory compliance with Luxembourg authorities for Luxembourg entities
* Oversight and supervision of the shared service centre to ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting of financial information
* Play a key role in accounting process/policy improvements
* Supporting of the business from a technical accountancy perspective, as needed (for example, in respect of new fundraising, joint ventures, business expansion)
* Supporting the business from a compliance perspective, as needed (tax compliance, lender compliance, regulatory compliance)
Requirements
* Qualified accountant with relevant experience (5+ years)
* Strong technical knowledge of IFRS
* Experience with Hyperion and SAP would be an advantage
* Excellent analytical skills (Excel)
* Clear, logical communication (in English, written and verbal) and sensitive to the challenges of communicating across cultures
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-finance colleagues
* Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
